Will Karrier Tire/Wheel Combo Load Range D Replace Same Size Tires That Are Load Range C

Question:

I currently have two Marathon Goodyear ST 157/80 R13 Load range C tires on a boat trailer I recently purchased. The trailer tag calls for a load range D tire. I would like to buy your AM31985 as a replacement. Question, are the AM31985 that you sell the same physical size a what I now have the C rated tire ? I have very little clearance on top of the tire to the mud guard and need the same size as I currently have, but would like the D rating. Please advise. Phil Flherty

The easiest way to make sure the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13 inch White Wheel, part # AM31985 will work with your trailer is to take a quick measurement.

The # AM31985 measures 24.1 inches when inflated. Just use a yardstick or a tape measure and measure the height of the tires you currently have on the trailer. If they measure 24.1 inches or more then the AM31985 would be a great replacement for you. The wheels with this combo have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern and has a pilot diameter of 3.19 inches.
