Recommended 13" Tire Replacement for 145R12 Tire

I do have a recommendation for you to replace your 145R12 size tires with a tire that fits on a 13" wheel but you will need to note that you need to have extra room both in your wheel wells as well as between your tire and the frame of your trailer.

For your application I recommend the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 13" White Mini Mod Wheel # AM31991. This tire has a load range D (1,610 lbs at 65 psi), a speed rating of 81 mph, and comes with a wheel that has the common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern (which I believe you have according to your picture). The tire has an outer diameter of 24.1" and a width of 7". You will want to make sure that you have about 4" of clearance between the top of your tire and the fender as well as at least 2" of clearance between the side of the tire and your trailer frame.
