If your 2015 Honda Civic is a sedan and not an Si or hybrid then for a trailer wiring harness I recommend Tow Ready harness # 118420. I have included a link to a video showing an example installation for you.
For a coupe use # C56051.
For a sedan Si use # C56011.
For a sedan hybrid use # C59236.
