Question:
Im contemplating getting this for my 2008 e150 cargo van that Im using as a conversion What shape and size hole would I need to make, to install this?

You will want to make an oblong opening in your van that is 11-1/8" long x 5-1/2 wide. If you have access to a hole saw this size for a drill the wold be the cleanest way to cut the hole. A smaller hole could be used though you will get less airflow. Using a silicone sealant like part # 0160297 is recommended to prevent water intrusion.
