Will a bandw slider base work with a bandw companion 20k head?

It sounds like you have a B and W Patriot Slider base like part # BWRVB3270 and are looking for a replacement head for it. The only head that will fit this slider unit is the # BWRVC3200 that you referenced.
The Companion hitches use different heads and slider units than the Patriot.
