Will the mounting brackets from a bull bar on an 08 Silverado fit an 04 f150?

It is highly likely that mounting brackets for a bull bar to mount on a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado will not fit to mount the bull bar on a 2004 Ford F-150. Bull bars are made to fit specific vehicle's front end. Even if the mounting brackets do happen to line up, the bull bar will likely not fit the contours of the F-150 if it was designed to fit the Silverado. The replacement hardware kit you referenced is designed to replace Westin Ultimate Bull Bar mounting hardware for 2005 - 2012 Nissan Frontier All Models, 2005 - 2007 Nissan Pathfinder All Models, and 2005 - 2012 Nissan Xterra All Models.
If you are looking for a bull bar for your F-150, I recommend the Westin E-Series Bully Bar with Skid Plate # 31-5390. I have attached a link to all of our bull bars for the 2004 Ford F-150.
