Question:
I would like to know if this product would fit a 1996 Olds Cierra? Or would there be an adapter kit of sorts needed? Please.

To install the Thule Stacker part # TH830 on your 1996 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera you would first need to install a roof rack.
The most economical option for that would be the Sportrack Semi-Custom roof rack part number # SR1002 that has been confirmed as a fit for your vehicle.
With that installed the # TH830 would fit and work well.
