I have a 2002 Chevy trailblazer that I want to take my front hitch off and put it on my new 2004 trailblazer. But I need to cut the bolts to get the hitch off. I was wondering if you could just buy the hardware kit with the bolts and the fish wire so that I could install it on the 2004.

You can get a replacement hardware kit for Curt front mount receiver # 31055 for your 2004 Chevy TrailBlazer. You would not be able to reuse the old hardware anyway because it is meant to be torqued down only once.
For hardware use # RHK. Enter the hitch number and manufacturer where indicated on the page. the fishwire would be included since it is part of the hardware package.
