Hey Adam,
Yes, the Curt front mount hitch part # 31055 is confirmed to fit 2002 through 2009 Chevy TrailBlazer models, and that includes the EXT. The reason that works is because the front frame and mounting points are the same between the standard TrailBlazer and the EXT, even though the EXT is longer in the rear for that extra cargo and seating space. So from an install standpoint, you are good to go as long as you don't have an aftermarket bumper or anything that would block the frame rails in the front. If you do have anything custom up there, that would be the one thing we’d want to double check.
What are you planning to mount up front first, a plow, a winch, or something like a boat launcher?
