I am not going to use them on a Hollywood Rack. I will use them on a Thule 990XT Question: What is the length. What is the thickness What is the inside diameter Thank you.

I checked with my technical contact at Hollywood Racks concerning the dimensions of their Replacement Foam Pad for Bike Frame Hooks # HRSPR-FP. This replacement part measures 9-inches long x 1-1/8-inches wide and the inner diameter is approximately 5/8-inches.
I also checked with my contact at Thule to see if they could supply these foam tubes but they are not available as separate items.
