Will the draw tite hitch on my 2013 KIA Soul fit my 2015 KIA Soul

The Draw-Tite # 24839 used on your 2013 Soul will unfortunately not fit your 2015. Your current hitch fits 2010-2013 models, while the 2014 and 2015 models would take a different Draw-Tite Class I hitch, part # 24915. According to Draw-Tite, the rear bumper fascia area of the newer model Soul has changed enough so that the hitches used on the older Soul would not be a fit.
The good news is that the hitch for your 2015 Soul is pretty reasonably priced. You can see a video of it being installed by clicking the provided link.
