Does Camco RV Adjustable Screen Door Grille Install On Inside or Outside and What are the Dimensions

does it go on the outside or inside of the screen door? What are the ture measurements?

The Camco RV screen door grille # CAM43980 can technically be installed on the inside or outside. But having it on the inside would be better because most RV/Trailer doors open to the outside and it is less likely for someone to come along and remove the grille.
The actual grille part measures 24-1/4 inches by 20-1/4 inches.
