going to buy 2015 Honda CRV with flush rails, would like to be able to carry two canoes which requires 6 ft wide bar, any roof systems with that wide of bar for the car.

The longest crossbars any of our manufacturers recommend with your vehicle are 53 inches long. It's the Thule WingBar Evo system with the bars, # TH711400 for silver or # TH711420 for black, the foot pack # TH460R, and fit kit, # THKIT3118.
If you want longer bars you can use the same feet and fit kit except substitute the WingBars for the 79 inch ProBars, # TH713700. This gives you the space you're looking for but is a really long crossbar for your vehicle. It may even stick out past the side mirrors.
For a canoe carrier I recommend Thule Portage Canoe Carrier # TH819. These universal mount gunwale brackets provide a simple solution for transporting a canoe on your roof rack crossbars.
