Can a Trailer Dolly be Used to Move Boat Trailer Up and Down a Boat Ramp

Question:

I store my boat in a marina. Its not far from boat launch. Gross weight of my boat/trailer/motor is under 2000 pd. I plan to use 500 pd trailer dolly to launch my boat into water. After using it, I use the dolly to pull my boat out and back to storage area. Road is not smooth, and its not far. You think its doable?

Since boat ramps have an incline I am afraid the weight of the boat and trailer would pull you down the ramp and trying to pull it back up would be very difficult. They do make powered dollies, trailer movers, but we do not carry them.

Moving the boat and trailer around on level ground would be fine for a trailer dolly such as # RA20.
