Question:
I just purchased a Rockwood Mini Lite and want to secure my batteries. I have a question. 1. Is this box big enough for 2 12v-marine style batteries? 2. is the solar panel good enough to trickle charge two batteries? 3. in not and requires another solar panel does box have room for second one?

The TorkLift PowerArmor battery box # TLA7708RS has the following internal dimensions: 26-1/2" long x 7-3/8" wide x 12-9/16" tall. You would have to place your batteries next to each other and measure them to determine if both will fit in this box.
Provided the batteries are wired as a 12 volt system the solar panel can charge them. But charging 2 batteries will take twice as long. The batteries would need to be at least at 50 percent charge for the solar panel to charge them up.
A second solar panel, # TLA7713, would not completely fit on top of this box. But if you wanted to mount it elsewhere or have it hang off the end of the lid you could.

I have the small Travel Trailer, I've switched to (2) 6 Volt Deep Cycle Interstate Batteries, wired in Series. I'm purchasing a TLA7708RS do to it being parked in a remote locate when not in use. Will I need to purchase a TLA7713, to charge both batteries at the same time, or is it not required for (2) 6 volt batteries in series?
