Question:
Just traded up from a Ram 1500 to a 2500 with OEM rail adapter and towing prep package. Ive lowered my Reese 16K with slider to the lowest setting and raised the pin box to the highest bolt holes trying to get a level tow. Still riding nose high. Is my only option now to find a pin box that doesnt have as great and angle as the current one. I was looking at the Sidewinders, but with the sliding hitch dont need the rotating turret. The Trailair Roto-Flex look fairly flat. Might they be an option?

The best option is actually going to be to raise the back of the trailer to compensate for the height at the front. There are a couple of ways to do this.
First, if the trailer uses double-eye leaf springs AND the axles are on top of the leaf spring stacks you could use an over-under conversion kit to move the axles below the leaf spring stacks. For a 2-3/8 inch round axle use # K71-384-00 and for a 3 inch diameter axle use # K71-385-00.
If you cannot use an over/under conversion kit then the only other way to raise the height of the trailer is to have the old suspension hangers cut off and new, taller ones welded on by a qualified professional welder. I have included a link to the hanger main page for you.
