Question:
question in an install video for 75876 the mechanic doesnt appear to use the square bolt holders....my question is, will the square bolt holders go through the access hole in the frame? Using the bolt fishwires. thanks

Those square spacers will be needed to install trailer hitch # 75876 because without them the bolts would just spin when you went to torque them down. Those blocks prevent that from happening. The blocks and bolts do go into the frame through the access holes on the frame rails using the fishwire technique. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
