Will Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock Fit a Land Rover-Branded Bike Carrier

This bike rack has a Thule numbered lock on it. I have heard it was actually made by Thule. I need a hitch lock for it. Will the Snug-Tite Hitch Lock and Anti Rattle device fit it?

It is entirely possible that the bike carrier you have was made by Thule. A Coworker found out that Thule made the bike racks for Land Rover until 2000 and then they switched to Yakima.
Does the carrier have a name on it or a number of any kind? I could likely verify the manufacturer with a name or a part number or even by looking at some pictures of the carrier which you are welcome to email to me.
If it is indeed a carrier manufactured by Thule then the Snug Tite lock # THSTL2 would fit.
