On Amazon this hitch was one of the ones that came up a fit for my 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I noticed that it wasnt one that your site had on your list of hitches fitting my car. So does it fit?

I have a solution for your, but the # C13048 that you referenced has not been confirmed as a fit for your 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I checked with Curt, the manufacturer, to confirm this.
Instead you would want the Curt hitch part # 13051 as it has been confirmed as a fit.
