I have a 2inch tube hitch rack but the cradle is too small for my Cannondale mountain bikes, is there a wider replacement?

I have a solution that would allow you to carry your Cannondale mountain bike on your Swagman XP bike rack, but it doesn't involve a wider cradle because Swagman doesn't offer one.
The Swagman Frame Adapter Bar, part # 64005 would span the distance between the handlebar stem and the seat post, providing an alternate top tube that's smaller in diameter that would fit in the cradle just fine.
