Hitch Recommendation for a 2004 Lexus GX 470

My 2004 Lexus GX 470 already has the wiring and plug run for a hitch. It also has 4 holes near the hitch area which appear to be designed to install the smaller trailer hitch vs. the longer one that stretches to the frame. Given these facts, am I ok to just buy the more compact hitch on your web sire? Thanks,

I have a hitch I can recommend for you, but the # C13043 that you referenced is designed for the 2010 - 2015 Lexus GX 460 and would not be confirmed as a fit for your 2004 Lexus GX 470.
Instead you would want the Curt hitch part # 13445 as it has been confirmed to fit your vehicle and attaches to the frame.
