Cut Out Dimensions for Appearance Panel for Hitch Install on a 2015 Honda CR-V
Updated 07/09/2015 | Published 07/07/2015 >
Question:
I see a variety of reviews that state the instructions measurements are not accurate, for the cut out of the appearance cover. I just received my hitch and want to get this straight before I begin the installation.

The install instructions use to say to measure 17 inches from the top corner to make the cut, but several customers have told us that it was a better fit to use 16-1/4 inches instead and now the install instructions have been changed. Aside from that the measurements in the install instructions that I attached are accurate.
Check out the install video I attached as well.
