Question:
Question: My 2007 Lexus GX470 has a factory 7 pin trailer wiring harness. Does the U shaped bracket on this Draw-Tite hitch allow for relocating that harness and plug to make it easily accessible? Also can you recommend which 7 way to 4 way flat plug i would need to order? Thanks!

Expert Reply:
The bracket on the Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch, item # 75155, is designed to relocate the factory 7-Way connector. The on center mounting measurement is 3 inches.
I would recommend the Pollak 7 Pole to 4 Pole Connector Adapter, item # PK12716, for a 7-Way to 4-Way adapter. If you think you may need other options the Adapter 7 Pole to 6 Pole and 4 Pole with Cover - Universal, item # 47565, would be an excellent choice.
