Could Slam Latch Door Handle be Installed on Door Without Latches

Can these slam latches be retrofitted to storage/baggage doors that do not already have them? 2016 Keystone Passport 3320BHS

As long as you are okay with a bit of fabrication there's no reason you couldn't install the Lippert Components Slam Latch Baggage Door Handle on a trailer that didn't have them like your 2016 Keystone Passport 3320BHS. Those latches have been discontinued so I recommend the Global Link RV Baggage Door Slam Latch with Keyed Alike Option - Black - 1-3/4" Thick # 295-000078 which can be keyed alike versus the generic key of your Lippert locks to secure your cargo.
