It looks like you are looking for an enclosed cargo carrier to fit your Jeep Wrangler with a rear mounted spare. It's hard to see where you took the measurement from in the picture you attached, but if the distance from your hitch pin hole to the furthest point out on your spare is less than 14 inches the GearDeck 17 Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Slide Out - 17 cu ft - Black # H00604 that you referenced would work well for you.
