According to the online owner's manual for the 2014 Chevrolet Spark the vehicle can be flat towed with all four wheels on the ground if it has a manual (standard) transmission up to a speed of 70mph. The preparation steps required to ready the car for this procedure are noted on page 10-68.

To use a tow dolly such as the Roadmaster # RM-2050-1 with either an automatic or manual transmission you will follow the procedure shown on pages 10-68 and 10-69. The car's front wheels go on the dolly (never put the back wheels on a dolly) and the transmission will be shifted into Park (for the automatic) or first gear (for the manual transmission). Set the parking brake and clamp the steering wheel in a straight-ahead position with a clamping device designed for towing.
Remove the key from the ignition, secure the vehicle to the dolly and release the parking brake.

You should check your owner's manual for any additional (or different) information regarding dolly towing your specific vehicle.
