Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation for a 2011 Honda Pilot

Question:
How do I tell if my 2011 Honda Pilot has the tow package? I was looking at both units listed for the vehicle and dont know if I need the c56086 or the 118491. My Pilot came with a factory mounted hitch receiver and it has the connector under the bumper on drivers side but both installation videos I watched seemed to show the same connector. I work for a diesel performance website and answer inquiries like this everyday so I know what its like and appreciate the help.

The final authority on whether or not a vehicle has the tow package would be a Honda dealer. If you give them your VIN they will be able to tell you for sure.
That being said, we have found that either kit will fit your 2011 Honda Pilot.
