I have a Mazda CX-5 2015 with no existing rails or cross bars. I am looking for a quick easy on off rack and this seems to fit the bill. Is there a companion piece/assembly for kayaks? Ive looked at so many racks by this point im bleary eyed. Thanks, I appreciate any input you may have. V/r

The Inno roof rack part # INXB108-2, # INXS200, and # INK758 has been confirmed as a fit for your 2015 Mazda CX-5 with a naked roof and it can easily be removed/installed so it would work well for you.
For a J-style kayak carrier to use with this roof rack the Sportrack Kayak Carrier part # SR5511 would work great also. You could use the Hood Loops, # TH529, or Malone T-Style Quick Loops # MPG308, to minimize contact when strapping the kayak down as well.
