The Demco base plate kit you referenced, part # DM9519318, is compatible with your 2015 Ford F150.

The Demco Dominator, part # DM9511008, is a good choice for a tow bar. Its 7,500 lb capacity will accommodate your F-150 with no problem, and the safety cables are included.

There are several options for wiring your F150 for towing (see link), I would recommend the Hopkins Custom Wiring Harness, part # HM56000. This harness is compatible with supplemental braking systems like the Roadmaster InvisiBrake System, part # RM-8700. The InvisiBrake is a set it and forget it installation. I have linked you to an install video showing the InvisiBrake being installed on a Jeep Liberty. You also need a relay to keep the truck's lights from overriding the RV's. Use part # RM-88400 for the relay.

Keep in mind that not all vehicles are capable of being flat towed, some will need modifications in order to be safely flat towed. I would strongly urge you to confirm the towability of your F150 with Ford.
