Can the Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket SP S4550-1101 fit a 1994 Isuzu Trooper with Factory rails front to back? See attached pic. Thanks!

There is a Surco Safari roof rack option that I can recommend for your 1994 Isuzu Trooper with raised siderails, but the part # SPS4550-1101 is not it.
Instead you would want the adapter part # SPSTR100 and Surco basket part # SPS5060 and you would have everything you would need to install a roof cargo basket on your vehicle.
