Some model years of the Kia Soul with manual transmission can be safely flat towed with 4 wheels down, but you will want to check your owner's manual to confirm that your particular model year is capable of being flat towed. This should appear in your manual under the heading "recreational towing". This section of your manual will tell you if there are any required preparation steps to ready your Soul for flat towing.
