Question:

Recently purchased Curt E-100 bumper mount receiver for 4inch square tube bumper. Issues with installation as bolts or nuts will damage the camper siding as there is limited clearance between the bumper and the trailer siding. Installation with bolts located on the top or bottom of the hitch will cause damage to the camper. Any suggestions for another bumper mount with limited clearance? Unfortunately Ill have to send this one back. Quality of the hardware and welded receiver look very good.

Without knowing exactly what issues you are having with installing the # E-100 the best recommendation would be to have you check out the part # UF35-946402 as it is a U-bolt style hitch designed to fit a 4 x 4 square bumper like what you have.
