I have a 2011 GMC Terrain and Im on a budget. Will the Roadmaster #RM-501 work with the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit #523163-1? Also, does the tow bar, RM-501, have the quick disconnects?

To answer your first question yes, the Base Plate kit part # 523163-1 that you referenced is compatible with the Roadmaster Tow Bar part # RM-501.
Also, the # RM-501 does come with quick disconnects.
