Question:

WHY WONT THE C13335 FIT 2015 JOURNEY CROSSROAD ARE THE FRAME HOLES DIFFERENT OR WHAT .I JUST BOUGHT A 2015 CROSSROAD AND I KEPT MY HITCH FROM MY 2013 JOURNEY THAT I ONLY USED ONCE. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECITED

I spoke with my contact over at Curt and he said the old hitch 13335 is not a fit for the Crossroads models because of an exhaust bracket interference issue. The redesigned version, # C13201, will fit both the regular and Crossroads models of the 2015 Dodge journey.

If you want to go ahead and replace the hitch with the new version then I also recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.

If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.

For trailer wiring, if the vehicle has LED tail lights use # 118536. If it has regular incandescent bulbs use # 118567.
