Does the Brophy tie down system for a truck camper fit for a Nissan Frontier with the factory installed rail system mounted on the top of the inside of the truck box?

Your best bet would be tie-downs from Torklift. These tie-downs are a confirmed fit for your truck.

If your truck has a 6 Foot bed and is a Crew Cab or King Cab - without board or step underneath truck bed and without a hitch, part # TLN2409 for front, and # TLN3403 for the rear.

If you have a 6 Foot bed with Crew Cab or King Cab - without board or step underneath truck bed and with an aftermarket hitch, use part # TLN2409 for the front and # TLR3500 for the rear.

The Brophy # HSSF camper tie-downs wouldn't fit your truck. The rail system would prevent the tie-downs from mounting to the underside of the bed side rail. If you click the linked instructions for the HSSF, you'll see how they need to attach to the bottom of the bed side rail.
