Where Does Red Wire of Rocker Switch on a Superwinch LT3000 Go

Question:
Wiring new winch on trailer and it has a red wire for ignition wire on the rocker switch and remote switch. Since this is on the trailer with a seperate battery what do I do with this red wire? Thanks

I spoke to my contact at Superwinch and he said that the red wire you found needs to be run to a 12 volt circuit. This is the activation circuit for the winch and does not need a high amperage circuit.
You could run this wire to the 12 volt circuit of the trailer's wiring.
