wont my factory in cab controller work for my disc brake conversion. 2013 GMC 2500. HBA16 or Titan EHB acuators. 13inch

A trailer brake controller must have a specific setting to allow it to work with electric-over-hydraulic trailer braking systems like the Cargo Towing Solutions HydraStar Electric-Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes # HBA16. Your factory controller does not. In order for your factory brake controller to work with this actuator you need to install the Control Adapter Module # HBA-CAM. This item will let your factory brake controller properly communicate with the # HBA16.
