Since you need tires and wheels, hubs, and spindles the best solution is to go with a complete axle with 4 on 4 hubs to match tire and wheel combo # AM30080. Spindles are difficult to install because they require a special jig and someone with experience to weld them on. With a complete axle, its all ready to go. I have included a link to the axles we have with 4 on 4 hubs for you.
Otherwise you could use hub # 8-91-05UC1-EZ with spindle # TRU44FR and everything will be compatible with tire and wheel combo # AM30080.
