The Roadmaster anti-sway bar # RM-1109-176 attaches to the axle and frame on your 2010 Chevy Silverado. I have linked the installation instructions and included the text part of them below.
1. Install the bushings. Lube the bushings and install them on the anti-sway bar.
2. Place the anti-sway bar above the axle. Place the anti-sway bar above the axle, approximating where the bar will ultimately be installed.
3. Install the bar to the axle. On each side, place an axle bracket under the anti-sway bar and a
bushing clamp over the axle bracket. Now, using the supplied U-bolts, bolt from the bottom up through the axle bracket and the bushing clamp. Finish with two lock nuts for each U-bolt. Finger tighten them only for now. Note: the bar should not interfere with the brake lines.
4. Attach the end links to the anti-sway bar. Connect the end link to the anti-sway bar on each side, using the supplied 7/16” x 2-1/4” bolts and 7/16” nuts. Note: the endlinks, when properly installed, should be square with the leaf springs.
5. Mark the frame for drilling. Rotate the bar up and using the end link hole as a template, mark the
frame for drilling. Drill a pilot hole first, and then a 1/2" hole all the way through the frame.
6. Attach the end links to the frame. Using the supplied 1/2” x 5-1/2” bolts, bolt from the outside of the frame toward the center. Finish with 1/2” lock nuts.
7. Tighten all bolts and test drive.
