The Replacement Extra Long Wheel Strap for Yakima Frontloader and HoldUp, # Y8880229, measures 12-1/4 inches long. I recommend taking a quick measurement of your tire to compare the two.
Please keep in mind that this strap was designed to fit the Yakima FrontLoader Roof Mounted Bike Carrier, # Y02103, and the Yakima HoldUp Bike Carriers, like # Y02443, which do not accommodate a bike with 4 inch fat tires.
