The Super Springs SumoSprings front axle helper springs # CSS-1094F will help stiffen your front suspension so that speed bumps do not cause so much impact on the factory jounce springs. These install easily without tools and require no maintenance. These springs will not give you a softer ride but they will prevent the front axle bottoming out against the bump stops.
Please note that products like these helper springs do not increase your truck's weight carrying capacity.
