Question:
Is it easy to mount rear license plate on cargo carrier ? Are mounting holes predrilled for license plate?

Expert Reply:
Some carriers have predrilled holes and some don't. Adding a bracket will not be difficult. I recommend using the Gray-coated License-Plate Light with Mounting Bracket, # LP55CB. This brackets comes with a light you can wire to your vehicle to illuminate your plate. Just use a few self-tapping sheet metal screws to attach the bracket to one of the tubes on the cargo carrier and then attach your license plate.
