The closest we are able to get to the dimensions you noted are for load Range C wheel/tire combos like part # AM3H410.
This is a 8-ply bias tire and has a maximum load rating of 1,330 lbs at 70 lbs. The combo measures 20.6 inches diameter and the wheel has a 2.5 inch pilot diameter. This comes with a white powder coated wheel. I have attached a product review video for this combo you can check out.
If you prefer a galvanized wheel you would want part # AM3H420.
All of the prices for our products are listed on the product page on our website.
