Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - 49inch Long - Qty 2 Rhino-Rack SRB Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Flush Factory Side Rails - Qty 4 I have a 2014 Audi Q7, so will this work with the panoramic sunroof?

The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero roof rack system that fits your 2014 Audi Q7 fits all versions of the car so long as it has the flush mounted rails that run front to back. Your panoramic sunroof is not a problem with this crossbar rack system.
So all you need to do is order parts # RRVA126B-2 and # RRSX027.
