Do Trailer Wheels and Tires Come Balanced

Question:
Do any of your tire/wheel combos come balanced? I am interested in the Karrier ST175/80R13 radial trailer tire - load range D. I would be buying 4 for my RV travel trailer. Thanks,

The trailer tire and wheel combination part # AM31985 is received from the supplier already with the tire mounted on the wheel. The supplier does not balance the combination, but when the tire is installed to the wheel they will line the high (heavy) spot on the tire with the low (light) spot on the wheel. This does not completely balance the tire and wheel combination but it does eliminate any excessive out of balance condition.
