Why is the new rv trailers coming out with lt 235 85 16 g on heartland rv big country year 2015.

LT tires can be used on trailers. It is not uncommon at all for a LT tire size like the 235/85-16 tire size to come on a trailer like the Heartland you referenced.
If you did want to upgrade to a ST (specialty trailer) type tire in the same size you would want the part # AM10501.
