Question:
2010 ford f150 Do the wires on the jumper wire match the trailer break controller. Red-red, blue-blue, black-black, white-white. Between the controller and the adapter write for my truck.

The wire functions on the brake controller # 80550 are white for ground, black for 12 volt power, blue for output to the trailer brakes and red for input from the brake switch. If you are using harness # 22292 then yes, the colors will match up; white to white, black to black, red to red, blue to blue.
The Ford OEM harness may have the wire functions listed on it if you are using it. The OEM harnesses and brake controller wiring rarely have the same functions for the same color wires.
There are at least 2 different Ford OEM brake controller wiring harnesses. I have included a picture that shows the Ford wire colors in the first column and the controller functions in the second column.
