Is it possible to order just the hardware kit for the Front Curt Hitch #31313 for my 2014 Tacoma? Due to an exceptionaly bad winter, I lost several parts of the hardware.

Yes, you can get just the installation hardware for Curt front hitch receiver # 31313. You will need # RHK (picture does not represent actual hardware).
On the RHK page you will enter the hitch number in the box and then select the manufacturer from the drop down menu, in this case Curt, and the proper hardware kit will be assembled.

I recently purchased a Curt front mount hitch for a 2013, 4wd , 6 cyl. 4 door Tacoma. Would it be possible to get the installation instructions to go with the 31313 hitch. Thanks
