Question:
My only concern is will I have to remove/modify the rear diffuser that is on the bumper of my 2011 subaru impreza sport single exhaust? Thanks

For your 2010 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch, # C11315, that you have referenced. This has been confirmed to fit your vehicle and there are no install notes that require any trimming of the rear fascia. I also checked the linked installation instructions and there is no mention of fascia trimming there as well.
I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
