I gave Shoreland'r a call and according to the information listed for your VIN, your trailer is equipped with a 1-1/16" spindle. For this you can use Replacement Trailer Hub Bearing, # L44649.

Although Shoreland'r was able to provide this information, the best, most accurate, way to determine the correct replacement bearings for your trailer is to remove the hub and find the part numbers that will be stamped on the inner and outer bearings.
